Please ensure that when adding a new employee you select the correct Hierarchy and click save. This will allow you to see your employees within your Hierarchy.

The system has been set up to deduct a certain time - This could be unpaid lunch.  Please discuss this with your supervisor to establish the reason.
Why does my schedule have "Unspecified Job" in it?

Your manager likely didn't assign you a specific job on your company interface. If you'd like more information, ask your relevant manager.
Do all apps work offline?

Currently, our applications cache the data. You can still clock in and out or do a full audit offline. However, if you need to submit information to your interface, internet connection is required.
Does TimeDNA come in multiple languages?

Currently, our we interfaces come in a variety of languages, however, our apps are all in English by default.

Ensure the employee's name does not contain any spaces or special characters. If the problem persists, feel free to contact us.

Please ensure that you recalculate the time sheet.  If this process does not work please review the Policy group to ensure that the employee is in the correct group for deducting  the lunch unpaid.
