The Biometrics device seems to have lost it's connection, what do I do?
Please check that WI-FI is connected and that the earth sign next to it shown and does not have a red cross in it.
This would cause the data to not sync to the Time Sheet.
If the WI-FI is not working please hold the power button down on the WI-FI router for 20 seconds this will then reactivate the WI-FI router.
